  • Code names - ELPRO Type 1 16541 - Type 2 16542 - Type 3 16543 - Type 4 16544
  • Type - E 55 close-up attachment for R-Lenses :
  • Similar for Series VI & VII Lenses - First named MACROTAR and then ELPRO (from 1965-1975)
  • Similar but different - Not to be confused with earlier close-up lens ELPRO for screw-thread - see ELCAT
  • Extension rings - the above close focusing lenses are used with extension rings and tubes for greater magnification :
    • 14139 - 1967 - Set of 3 rings /tubes of various length for Leicaflex Mark 1 and Mark 2
    • 14159 - Set of 3 rings /tubes of various length with preset diaphram for use with Leicaflex SL and later R-cameras
