- Manufacturer's description - The SCA adapter set M is primarily designed for use on the multifunction hand grip M and the Leica M (type 240). The SCA socket on this hand grip enables TTL control of a compatible flash unit remotely of the camera (if its not or cannot be used directly on the camera e.g because a viewfinder is fitted to the accessory shoe on the camera.
