Baumueller, Klaus Dr. Klaus Baumueller is Member of the Supervisory Board of Leica Camera Group AG. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cuvaison Winery and Chapel Hill Winery. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Permasur SA, Schweizerische Cementindustrie AG, BIH AG, CKU AG and Thermalbaeder & Grandhotels Bad Ragaz.
Kaufmann, Andreas Dr. Andreas Kaufmann was named Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer at Leica Camera Group AG for the period until February 28, 2009. Previously he served as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company from November 19, 2007 to February 22, 2008. He was Member of the Supervisory Board since February 8, 2005 and also served as Chairman of the Board during 2007. He serves as Managing Director in various companies, including ACM Projektentwicklung GmbH, SOCRATES Holding GmbH, Residenz Park Optic Beteiligung GmbH, ACM Cine Project Company LLC, Optic Beteiligungs GmbH, Leitz-Park GmbH, Viaoptic Immobilien GmbH, Weller Immobilien GmbH and WLC Immobilien GmbH. He is also Member of the Advisory Boards of SOCRATES Privatstiftung, New Energy Beteiligungs GmbH, Lust Beteiligungs-GmbH and (Member of the Advisory Board. Furthermore, he is Chairman of the Advisory Boards of Uwe Weller Feinwerktechnik GmbH, Viaoptic GmbH, CCS Content Conversion Specialists GmbH and HPC Health Care Packaging GmbH.
Lobejaeger, Andreas Mr. Andreas Lobejaeger is Member of the Management Board and Head of Finance/Controlling and Treasury at Leica Camera Group AG. He has held this position since September 3, 2007. He has been in charge of the Finance/Controlling and Treasury department already since joining the Company on November 1, 2006.
