R Lenses

Propose a structure with a list of R lenses, serial numbers, etc. as published in Puts book. Of greater importance are identifying accessories (incl Leica part numbers) that are meant for a particular lens (e.g., macro adapters, extender-R, etc.) and some description of optimal applications for the lense -- perhaps how the fingerprint varies in different circumstances of use.
